Bard is the Audian Portal app for managing an account's music on hold. You upload audio, arrange it into playlists, and broadcast a playlist as a stream that callers hear while they are on hold.

Bard is currently available to super admins only.
It will be released to account admins in a future update.
Bard settings apply to the account you are currently viewing in the Portal. Make sure you have masqueraded into the correct account before making changes.
Log in to the Audian Portal.
If needed, switch to the customer account you want to manage.
Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
Select Bard from the apps list.
Track Library – Upload and manage audio files. Each upload is processed into a standard format before it can be used. See Bard - Track Library.
Playlists – Group ready tracks into an ordered list and choose whether it plays in order or shuffled. See Bard - Playlists.
Streams – Broadcast a playlist and set it as the account's music on hold. See Bard - Streams.
Upload tracks in the Track Library and wait for them to show Ready.
Create a playlist and add the ready tracks to it.
Create a stream and assign the playlist to it.
Enable the stream so it starts broadcasting.
Activate the stream so the account's music on hold uses it.
Each account can have many tracks, playlists and streams, but only one stream can be active as music on hold at a time.
Search – Each table has a search box at the top right that filters the rows as you type.
Sort – Click a column header to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the order.
Names must be unique – Track, playlist and stream names must each be unique within the account. Saving a duplicate name fails.
