This article will show you how to do the following:
Adding phone numbers to outbound call campaigns
From the Call Center app, click Campaigns on the left.
Select the desired campaign to add numbers to.
Click the + More Numbers button.
Select desired method of adding numbers by clicking the Upload CSV or Manually Add Numbers tab at the top.
Once the numbers have been added, select where to place them in the campaign Top of the list or Bottom of the list, and then click Add Numbers at the bottom.
Note: When uploading a .csv file, the CSV file must contain the following case sensitive column header: phone_number
