This article will show you how to do the following:
Add a user as an agent in the Call Center to be assigned to call queues
Note: This adds a user on the account to the Call Center app, allowing them to be assigned to the individual Call Queues that are created. This is a billable item; any additions will add charges to your monthly invoices.
Login to the Audian Portal.
Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
Click Members on the left.
If there are no members selected already, click the Manage Members button.
Select the desired users from the available users list on the left, and then click Add as Members.
Assigned members will show up on the right side of the screen, to remove a member click their name and then click Remove Members.
