How to Reboot, Delete and Edit Function Keys in bulk
Note: Bulk reboot and edit functions only work with SIP phones that are online/registered, Cellphones and Softphones (Bria/UC Softphones) are not affected by reboot or change commands.
Methods:
Edit Feature Keys
This function allows you to copy the feature key setup from one users device to others. To edit the Feature keys for a single device, see article: How To - Setup Feature Keys (BLF)
Login to the Audian Portal.
Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
Click on the Smart PBX app.
Click Devices on the left.
Select the devices to be edited, and then click Edit Feature Keys.
Select the device to clone feature keys from, in the Selected Devices column.
The current Feature keys will be shown for that device, click Edit to make changes.
Make changes as needed to the feature keys, and then click Copy.
Click OK to push changes to the selected devices. Devices that have had changes made to their feature keys will need to be rebooted before the changes will show.
Bulk Reboot
Login to the Audian Portal.
Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
Click on the Smart PBX app.
Click Devices on the left.
Select the devices to be rebooted, and then click Reboot.

Click OK.
Delete Devices
Login to the Audian Portal.
Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
Click on the Smart PBX app.
Click Devices on the left.
Select the devices to be rebooted, and then click Reboot.
