This article will show you how to do the following:
How to create a SMS flow
Edit the flows name
Add a number to a flow
Login to the Audian portal and select the SMS app in the Apps section at the top.
Click SMSflows.
On the left side of the screen, click the +SMSflow.
Click the edit icon in the name and number section of the flow.
A popup will appear where you can edit the name, click the Save Changes button.
To add a phone number, click the "Click to add number" button in the root of the flow.
When adding a number, you can select any number on the account that is not assigned already to an SMS flow.
On the right side of the page in the Actions toolbar, drag and drop an action element into the root of the flow.
Email: Will allow you to enter an email address for the SMS to be sent to.
Flow: Will allow out to route the SMS or next steps to another SMS flow.
Auto-Respond: Will allow you to setup an auto-response message for the next step.
Forward: Allows setting another phone number to forward the SMS message to
UC User: Allows you to set a user with an Audian UC Softphone. This will cause SMS to appear in the app of another user, besides the one the phone number is assigned to. SMS will automatically be sent to the UC softphone of the user that the phone number is assigned to. This is for additional users.
Set the required properties in the Properties section on the right, and then click Apply.
To UNDO this addition, click Cancel.
If needed, drag and drop another action into the flow. This time you will notice a Next and Error option from the flow element that we just created.
Next: Moves to this step if the step above was successful.
Error: Moves to this step if the step above failed and usually acts as a catch for errors.
Fill in the properties section for each step, Success and Fail, and then click Apply.
Click the Save button at the top.
Note: If an error message appears at the top right of the screen at any step in this process, check to make sure that the Properties option on the right for the previous step is set and saved.
