This article will show you how to do the following:
Adding a new Away states
Login to the Audian Portal
Click the Apps icon at the top of the page.
Click Call Center from the apps list.
Click Settings on the left.
Click the Away Reasons tab at the top of the page.
Click + New Away Reason.
Enter the name for the new Away Reason, and then click Add Away Reason.
Click + New Away Reason again to add more. Up to 10 Away Reasons can be created per account.
Click the Toggle next to the new Away Reason for it to show up in the Agent Console for use.
