How To - Enable Group Features - Smart PBX

This article will show you how to do the following.
Enable or disable Group Features
Methods:
Login to the Audian Portal
Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
Click on the Smart PBX app.
Click the Groups tab on the left.
Click the Groups Features field for the preferred group.
Select the feature to enable/disable.
Call Recording
This option enables or disables call recording for group.
Ring Back
This option allows you to set custom music or recordings for callers to hear while call is ringing the user group.
Next Action
This option allows you to reroute the call to a menu or user if no one answers.
Allow Call-Forward
Enable this option if you want to allow this group's users to press their device "Forward" button to forward a call from this ring group. If this option is disabled, it will ignore the user's command.
Caller ID Prepend
This feature enables you to change the Caller ID info when transferring a call out of the group.
Distinctive Ring
This feature allows you to set a specific ring tone for any call that rings the ring group. There are currently options for Yealink and Polycom phones.
