How To - Factory Reset Polycom Phones

1. From the Main Idle Screen (Where you can make a call) Hold down the buttons relating to the phone model listed above until it beeps or says "Enter Password"
   • Models: VVX 300, 310, 400, 410, 500, 600: Press the 1, 3, and 5 dial pad keys
2. Make sure no Asterisks are on the screen, indicating that characters had already been typed in for the password.
3. If there are asterisks on the screen, press the << softkey on the screen to delete them.
4. Type in the password 456 and press Enter.
   1. If the phone has previously contacted Audian servers, the password will be 8446116110.
   2. If the default 456 password and the Audian 8446116110 password do not work, please contact Audian support for the custom password.
5. Click here to provision the phone.

Note: If the phone shows Momentum Telecom, try the 8642 or 9632 for the Admin PW.
