This article will show you how to do the following:
Manage user Login and Ready states
Login to the Audian Portal
Click the Apps icon at the top of the page.
Click Call Center from the apps list.
Select Agent Management from the left.
Agents assigned to the Call Center App will be displayed here.
Clicking Begin Session will log an agent into their assigned Queues, but it will not mark them Ready for calls. Clicking the state drop down for a user will allow for selecting from available Away states.
Agents can also be logged out of their assigned queues by clicking End Session.
