How To - Park Calls (T44w)

This article will show you how to:

• Place calls in Parking spots for other users to pick up

1. While on an active call, press the Transfer button and enter *3x and then press transfer again. Alternatively, press the button for the desired Parking spot from the speed dial buttons.

   • Parking spots are usually set to 1-5, Park 1 = *31, Park 2 = *32, etc.

2. When a call has been Parked, that Parking spot will show up as “Busy” to indicate a call is parked in that spot.

3. Pressing the Speed dial button or dialing *3x for that parking spot will connect the call to your phone.

Note: By default, a call that is parked but not picked up within 2 minutes will ring back to the user that initially parked the call. This time limit can be increased or decreased as needed.
