HIPAA Compliance Fax Portal
vFax is a HIPAA compliant fax solution that allows you to send and receive faxes directly from your email.
Step 1: Compose New Email
Click on the "Compose" button to create a new email message.
Step 2: Enter Recipient Fax Number
In the "To:" field, enter the recipient's fax number in the following format:
phonenumber@vfax.audian.com
Example: 5551234567@vfax.audian.com
Step 3: Add Subject Line (Optional)
Add an optional subject line for your fax.
Step 4: Add Message (Optional)
Add an optional message body.
Step 5: Attach Document
Attach the document(s) you want to fax. The following formats are supported:
Step 6: Send Email
Click "Send" to transmit your fax.
When you receive a fax, it will automatically appear in your email inbox as an attachment. You can then download and save the document to your local storage or cloud drive.
Note: Faxes are received as PDF files.
