• Transfer calls via multiple methods.

Blind Transfer

1. While on an active call, press the Transfer button at the bottom of the screen.

2. Enter the phone number or internal extension number that you would like to transfer the call to.

3. Press the B Transfer button at the bottom of the screen.

Attended Transfer

1. While on an active call, press the Transfer button at the bottom of the screen.

2. Enter the phone number or internal extension number that you would like to transfer the call to, and then press the Send button at the bottom of the screen.

3. Press the Transfer button when the second party answers.

Semi-Attended Transfer

1. While on an active call, press the Transfer button at the bottom of the screen.

2. Enter the phone number or internal extension number that you would like to transfer the call to, and then press the Send button at the bottom of the screen.

3. Press the Transfer button at the bottom of the screen when you hear the ring-back tone.
