There are two types of call transfers which are Live and Blind. Live Transfers allow you to talk to the extension you dialed before you press the Transfer button.Blind Transfers allow you to transfer the call to the extension quickly if you do not need to talk to them before transferring.Transfer calls to Voicemail allows you to transfer a call directly to another users voicemail box.Live Transfers:Answer the incoming callPress the Transfer buttonEnter the extension you want to transfer to.Press Send to dial the ext then wait for the phone to ring.Press TransferBlind Transfer:Answer the incoming callPress the Transfer button.Press the Blind button.Enter the extension you want to transfer to.Press Send, the phone will not ring and the call will transfer before disconnecting your line.Blind Transfer Via Speeddial(BLF) ButtonAnswer the incoming callPress the Transfer button.Press the Lines hard key.Select the preferred speed dial and call is transferred to that user.Transfer to Voicemail:While on an active call, press the More softkey.Press the Xfr2VM softkey.Enter the Extension that you want to transfer the call to, and then press the Enter softkey.
