How To - Transfer calls (Warm and Cold)

This article will show you how to do the following:
How to Transfer calls to other users
Methods:
Warm/Attended Transfer
While on an active call, tap the Consult icon
Enter the Extension number or phone number that you would like to transfer the call to, and then tap the Green phone icon. (Note: Pausing while dialing a number can cause the phone to dial the digits entered)
After speaking with the other party, tap the Complete Transfer button.
Cold/Direct Transfer
While on an active call, tap the Transfer icon.
Enter the extension or phone number that you would like to transfer the call to, and then tap the Green phone icon. (Note: Pausing while dialing a number can cause the phone to dial the digits entered)
