Navigate to Https://vfax.audian.com.
Log in with your Audian email address and password.
Click the "Incoming Fax" tab.
Review the list of all incoming faxes.
To download a fax, click on the fax and select "Download". The fax will be downloaded as a PDF file.
To view additional details about a fax, click on the fax to expand the details panel.
HIPAA Compliant: All faxes are encrypted and secure.
Email Integration: Incoming faxes are automatically forwarded to your email inbox as PDF attachments.
Searchable: Use the search function to find specific faxes by sender name, date, or subject.
Archive: Archive old faxes to maintain a clean inbox.
Retention: Faxes are retained for 30 days from the date of receipt.
