Navigate to the Call / Phone Feature
From this view, there are several main features.
1. Dialer
2. History and Search Call Logs
3. Contact Details
4. Assigned Phone number
5. Forward (Do Not Use)
6. Audio Settings (headset and speakers)
Once the call is connected, you can use the Dial pad to enter prompts for a menu, place the call on Hold, or transfer to another user. Clicking Mic will mute the call, and Leave will end the call.
