Device SpecificLogin to the Audian Portal.Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.Click on the Smart PBX app.Click Devices on the left.Click the Edit icon for the device.Click the Advanced button a the top, and then select Network Settings.Click the Transport Method drop down box, and select the appropriate TCP option (NAPTR TCP or Realm TCP).Click Save and Restart to save the changes and have the phone reboot now, or click Save Changes and manually restart the phone at a later time.
