Each Audian device we support will have a program running (see below) that allows for very easy submission of tickets. Not only that, but if done in this way you can easily send a screenshot or any other file you may have and all information about your PC is sent along with it.
When done this way, we never have to ask the dreaded "I'm sorry, which PC are you on" or the even worse "Can you call us, or can we call you?" question. For those users that have move computers it is even more helpful, and super easy for you too!
It will bring up window where you can enter in IT ticket information. If you click the Green + you can even automatically take a screenshot or add any other relevant files. Please put your name, email and best phone number to reach you at. If you are entering this for someone else, please put their info if you'd like us to reach them. A ticket will be created, you (or the email you entered) will get a reply that the ticket was created, and we will be in touch!
