While on an Active Teams call, click the Transfer icon. The active call will be placed on hold.
*There will be a Blind/Direct (Transfer) or Attended Transfer (Allows you to speak with the other party and then transfer)
Select or dial the person (External Label) you need to transfer to.
5. Then click Transfer.
