Teams - Parking a Call

1. Open Teams

2. While on an Active call, hit the Transfer Icon. (During this process, the call will be placed on hold)
   *Please use Blind/Direct (Transfer) in Parking cases

1. Dial *31 for Park 1 and *32 For Park 2 and so on… Or if you save a contact for them will work too.

   1. Park Status light does not work in these cases, so please let your team know that someone is on park 1 or so on.

2. Then Hit Transfer

3. To pick up the Park, dial the park number you need to pick up. In this case, this was Park 1.
