This article will show you how to do the following:
Create a new Outbound Call Campaign
Note: Some campaign features, such as Call Recording, may incur additional charges. Please reach out to 611@audian.com with any questions.
Login to the Audian Portal
Click the Apps icon at the top of the page.
Click Call Center from the apps list.
Click Campaigns on the left.
Click + New Campaign at the top right.
Enter a Name, click the Outbound caller ID dropdown to assign a phone number to be used for this campaign, and enter a Caller ID Name to be shown for these calls. Click Next.
Toggle the desired options on, and then click Next.
Select the preferred Routing Strategy, and then click Next.
Set the preferred Callee actions, and then click Next.
Note: If this feature is enabled, at least one DTMF option must be set, and a media file must be uploaded/selected.
Set the preferred Agent Behavior options, and then click Next.
Select the agents to be assigned to the campaign from the Call Center Members field on the left, click Assign to Campaign, and then click Next at the bottom.
Set the Dispositions and their Actions, and then click Next.
Note: Dispositions must be created in the Settings section of the Call Center app, see Outbound Call Campaign Dispositions for suggested Dispositions.
Review the selected options for the Campaign, and then click Save Changes at the bottom.
Note: Once the campaign has been created you will need to add numbers to be called. See <insert article link here>
